Last month I went to New York City to spend my Saturday there. Times Square is definitely one of my favorite places to walk through. It just feels alive. Now that I'm out of school I can take more of the city in. This painting was based on a photo I took while I was there. Lately The New Yorker has inspired me to take on work based on places.
