This is a Birthday
iPad Portrait I created for my girlfriend, Jacquetta. I wanted to create something that would inspire her to continue to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse. It just went perfect with paying homage to
Showtime's Nurse Jackie. I approached this exactly the same as the Mr. K painting. I laid down a rough sketch, a refined one. And then I painted underneath the pencil layer for accuracy. After everything was blocked in color wise I delete the pencil layers and build up the figure. Created in
Brushes for iPad. Logo created in
Sketchbook Pro.
