Featured Illustration: Lighthouse

After all of the New York paintings I've done for the book in Procreate it feels good to switch the focus back to New Haven. What better way to do that then with Lighthouse Point. This illustration was pretty straightforward. The hardest part was faking the straight lines that make up the Lighthouse. Unlike Sketchbook Pro there is no line tool in Procreate. (Hint. Hint guys.) I had to use the bezel of my iPad to steady my hand. Other than that it was a fun piece to put together. Through the Elm to The Big Apple releases early August through Lulu and iBooks.
