This illustration was a pure experiment for me. My girlfriend, Rose had me look at a book of The Harlem Renaissance. I got inspired to pay homage to the painters of that time. It started with some colorful spheres and turned into a full fledged project. I'm only posting this one design but I actually have four variants of the piece. It could be the start of a new series. I definitely have to thank Rose for the idea for the t-shirt variant. It really pops now. That design is up on the store now.
