Featured Illustration: Blue Dragon

A while ago I got a book on painting Dragons. Unfortunately I never got a chance to really sit down and use it. With Sketchbook Pro in my arsenal I figured it was a good time to use it. I hadn't sketched any Dragons since 07. I was looking forward to this one. This Blue Dragon is one of my earlier Sketchbook works. I was still feeling out the brush tools. It was also an experiment in illustrating hair. This would help me later with my girlfriend's portrait. It's nice to retain things from previous sketches.
